I'd contacted two other shops and neither of them could/would offer the CaraCups with my insurance, but insurance did cover them in full when looked into it. It might be specific to my insurance, so it might not work for you, but it is worth asking. I contacted by phone and they were able to order my CaraCups as my replacement parts. I'll also add that you should check whether your insurance will cover them. I haven't read much about Legendairy before. I've read complaints about Freemie cups that production drops compared to standard flanges, which is why I haven't tried them. If I had to pump in the presence of other people, I'd wear them a lot more, but my job has a lot of computer time, so I just bring my work laptop to the lactation room and work while I pump topless except for my pumping bra and flanges. The most important thing to me, though is that my production doesn't drop because I don't make quite enough for my little girl and need every drop I can get. I only have two shirts that are stretchy enough. I also find that choosing shirts that are big enough for the CaraCups is limiting. Assembly isn't hard unless I try in the dark because the alignment for the hose is specific (generally unnecessary to do in the dark since I only use them when I'm around other people, so only during daylight hours), I just don't like how many pieces there are to clean. That said, I rarely use them because cleaning is a pain.

My personal experience with the CaraCups is equivalent for production when compared to my standard flanges, which is great.

I got the CaraCups, but haven't tried the other two brands.
